Khidmati Safar plays a well role in providing Personal Guidance to their Umrah/Hajj Clients. We are different than other Umrah/Hajj tour operators because we provide Personal Guide who is expert and have full knowledge about the Umrah/Hajj. We never compromise with our services or with our Personal Guide. Our only motive is to provide assistance to our clients So that our client can perform their rituals without worrying about anything else.

Our personal guidance starts from the Srinagar Airport where our personal guide guides the clients about the journey starting from the Srinagar up-to the Makkah and Madina and then back to Srinagar. Our guide makes sure that all the clients have board in the flight in proper format. And makes sure that everybody has seated properly. He gets up every time to check the necessities of the Clients. He always treats each and every member of a group as his family member because it is the pious journey and the memorable journey of one’s life. So far that we always provide our personal guide who are known to us and are expert in assisting clients.

Our Personal Guide always assist our Umrah/Hajj Clients whether they have to perform Hajj/Umrah, or during the visit of Ziyarats in Makkah and Madina as well as assist them during their meals.

Our personal guide always try to help Clients during their Umrah/Hajj by making them clear about each and every aspect of Umrah/Hajj even translating them about each Ziyarats in their mother language and at the end of the journey provides 5 litres of Zamzam water with the proper label by his own without making suffer to the client. Our personal guide always remains calm and answers the questions of the people calmly. Helping the clients in every manner whether they are ill or want to shift the room, or we can say that from a pin problem to any issue.

If you Transfer the amount of your Hajj/Umrah booking to Any Personal Account Khidmati Safar is Not Responsible for that. That is why we always make it clear to transfer the Hajj/Umrah Booking Amount in the account of Khidmati Safar. However, you can give a Check on which the payee name should be Khidmati Safar because if you will face any issue regarding the payment you can have Written Evidence with you.
